• Food Business Operators (FBOs) can register for FSSAI online by completing and submitting Form A (Registration Application) or Form B (State or Central License Application) on the FoSCoS portal. Alternatively, they can register offline by submitting the relevant form to the Food and Safety Department.
• The registration form must include all required documents, either uploaded online or submitted physically with the application. The Food and Safety Department reviews applications within 7 days of receipt, whether submitted online or offline. If the application is rejected, the Department will notify the applicant in writing.
