How To Upload JSON And File Return Against Notice On Income Tax Portal

Step 1 : First of all, Visit https://eportal.incometax.gov.in/iec/foservices/#/login

Enter your User id & Click on Continue then enter your password and login

Step 2 : After logging in, then click on Pending Action >> e-Proceedings & click on view notices

Step 3 : Then click on Submit response

Step 4 : Click on Agree or Disagree (as per requirement) and then attach JSON if you agree with defect.

Step 5 : After this, click on submit button
