What is e-Kharid?
eKharid Portal is an online platform launched by the Government of Haryana to provide minimum support price to the farmers of the state for their crops. eKharid Portal allows farmers to register their crops on the official website of the portal and sell them at a good price later. eKharid Portal also helps in ensuring transparency and accountability in the procurement process and reduces the role of middlemen. eKharid Portal is a joint initiative of the Food and Civil Supplies Department and the Haryana State Agriculture Marketing Board.
